I was looking for blogs about exchange students (so that I could decide if I want to be an exchange student after I tranfer colleges or just study abroad) and I found this post. I LOVE it!! I am myself forever irritated by how blatantly rude, inane, loud, clueless and irrisponsible my peers are; it honestly makes me embarrassed to be a young adult.
I plan to spend a semester, or , if I'm lucky, two, in Ireland sometime before I get my bachelor's, and I hope to successfully challange the stereotype of the Stupid American.

This should be posted at every international airport terminal in America and people should be forced to read it before boarding. Then I should be forced to act rather than merely assent intellectually to your points and learn me some Spanish. Also, you should really read my friend Tony's "This Stupid Country" postings on his blog, which is linked in my blog. Blogtastic!
