PARTNER Newsletter

This time of year usually takes us to the last of many NAFSA regional conferences of the season. That might not have been the case this year, but the NAFSA All-Regional Summit provided a unique opportunity to share knowledge across regions and quickly connect with some of you! We might have tied up the Summit but our Travel Video Contest is still in full swing with the Viewers’ Choice Winner and finalists announced this week. We hope you’re able to watch a few of the inspiring entries that we’ve received from around the world, and are as optimistic as we are when it comes to connecting in-person next year.

Enjoy the Newsletter!

TVC Update: Finalists Announced This Week

Yesterday our Viewers’ Choice Award voting concluded which means we will soon announce the Viewers’ Choice Winner along with each of the contest. One recipient chosen by the viewers will receive a $1,000 cash prize and move on to the finalist round of the contest. We received many inspiring entries from around the world and we’re honored to be a part of helping students pave the way in making their international education dreams a reality. Once our panel of judges review the finalists, we look forward to announcing the winners on the last day of International Education Week: November 19th. In the meantime, you can check out each of the entries on the official contest page. If you have a student in our contest - best of luck to them!

Exporting Your Leads

Q: I've been manually adding each lead into my CRM every time I receive an email. Is there a more efficient way to enter my leads into our system?

A: When logged in with your administrator account you have the ability to export your leads to a CSV file. If your CRM allows, you’re able to bulk upload the leads from your CSV directly into your system. When exporting leads you’re able to export by day, month, year, or the date range of your choice. Here’s how:

  1. After you log into your admin account, click “View Dashboard” under “School Search Account'', your claimed school will appear in a rectangular box.
  2. Click the envelope icon.
  3. Select the date range you wish to export your leads from, click download leads, then search. Voila! Your leads will populate as a CSV file.

Adding a New Content Section to Your Profile

If you have something new you want to share on your profile page don’t worry, we have you covered. Adding a new content section doesn’t have to be confusing - we’ve provided some quick tips to help you get started!

  1. Log into your InternationalStudent.com administrator account.
  2. Under “School Search Account” click “View Dashboard”.
  3. Your claimed school will appear in a rectangular box.
  4. Click on the finger icon under "Action" to go to your school’s profile.
  5. Click “Profile Editor” in the top right corner.
  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the type of content that you wish to add.
  7. Fill in all required fields and click “Create”.
  8. View updates on school profile.

Short on time but still need that new section added? Don’t forget that you can always contact your account manager to help.
