International Student Travel Video Contest 2009

To enter the 2009 International Student Travel Video Contest, please follow these simple guidelines that will help you produce the right video, in the right format and get it to us in time before the deadline! If you have any questions about entering the competition or would like any clarification, please drop us an email.

1. Check the Eligibility/Rules and Regulations
   Make sure you read all of the rules and regulations, so you know if you're eligible, what the video needs to be about, etc.


2. Submit an Entry Form
   Complete the entry form and mail, email or fax it to us at the contact information below. All entries must be received by us by 5 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday 30th October 2009.


3. Submit your video
   Videos can be delivered in several ways:

- By upload to our server (best way)
- By mailing us a mini DV or DVD to the address below (also a good way).
- If you really need to, you can upload your video to our YouTube contest group YouTube or another online video service (last resort). You will need to email us the link. Also, if you are chosen as a finalist, you will need to send us a high-resolution version of your video.

You will be notified if you are a finalist. All finalists will need to provide a high-resolution version of their video by upload to our server or by mini DV in NTSC format, or a DVD in .MOV or .AVI format. Do not send files compressed for web use.

PLEASE KEEP A BACKUP OF YOUR ENTRY.

All entries must be received on or before 5pm EST on the 30th October 2009.  If you need to use an expedited courier service to get it in on time, send it to our physical address.
