The University of Puerto Rico at Utuado will provide relevant and quality postsecondary education at the undergraduate level in the areas of Agricultural Technology- in the Educational and Administrative professions- and in the Arts and the Sciences. Committed to sustainability and conservation of the environment- it will form graduates intellectually and morally prepared by their skills- attitudes and habits to contribute to the progress of Puerto Rico and its insertion in a world without frontiers.It will contribute to the improvement of the population which it serves by offering a variety of updated academic experiences- focused on research and creation. These programs will have the flexibility to meet the demands of a complex and changing labor panorama as well as to stimulate a love for learning and the enjoyment of culture.
