Sharece Bunn from University of Oregon
Sharece is an international student advisor and peer mentor program coordinator at the University of Oregon. Sharece is passionate for social justice and equity and says that her passion for cultural and ethnic diversity stemmed from growing up in Dayton, Oregon where she learned from her peers who migrated to and from Mexico with the seasons. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, wandering around with her camera, and going on mini adventures around Oregon. Sitting on almost 300-acres of lush forest and along the Willamette River, the University of Oregon is a perfect spot for students that love the outdoors just as much as their academics! Renowned for their research prowess and commitment to teaching UO has over 23,000 students with an average GPA of 3.58. The campus is a perfect size, not to big so you can still receive educational support, but not so small that everyone knows you.
