Felician University is an independent, private Catholic/Franciscan University founded and sponsored by the Felician Sisters to educate a diverse population of students within the framework of a liberal arts tradition.
Its mission is to provide a full complement of learning experiences, reinforced with strong academic and student development programs designed to bring students to their highest potential and prepare them to meet modern challenges with informed minds and understanding hearts.
The enduring purpose of Felician University is to promote a love for learning, self-knowledge, service to others and respect for all.
Felician has stayed dedicated to protecting our students from COVID throughout the pandemic. We have increased cleaning of classrooms, installed temperature readers and have provided students with testing and vaccines sites.
Recently, in agreement to state laws, we have relaxed our mask mandates. Students are no longer required to wear them but may do so according to their comfort. If you have any questions about COVID response at Felician, simply fill out the form above to find out more. We’ll make sure you get all the information you need.
Felician University awards academic scholarships to our international undergraduate and transfer students based on a holistic review of all the student’s qualifications, including grades, standardized test scores, extra-curricular activities, and their overall potential to succeed. Students are automatically considered for a scholarship upon applying without submitting an additional application.
