SIU Carbondale helps you during your first few days in the US through their orientation. Just a few things you can look forward to during orientation include bank and housing trips, student recreation center and library tour, shopping at local businesses, help setting up your immunization appointment and some yummy treats throughout it all!
For over 50 years the Center for English Language (CESL) at Southern Illinois University Carbondale is the third oldest certified intensive English program in the United States.
