Following its long time tradition of successful international post-graduate and doctoral training, FEEM supports Marie Skodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship applications. For the current MSCA European Fellowships call, FEEM is interested in receiving proposals in the area of: 1- Spatial transformation of cities, their socio-economic determinants and the consequences for the environment and the quality of life of urban citizens 2- Pathways towards an EU carbon-neutral economy by 2050 3- Digitalization for a Sustainable Energy Transition 4- Integrated energy and macroeconomic models for sustainable development of African countries 5- Water management in the presence of uncertainty related to technological innovations and climate change. Investment models in developing countries 6- Macroeconomic (and micro) models for assessing the impact of water management investment in developing countries 7- Computational General Equilibrium Model for water management in developing countries 8- Water and Energy (and Food) nexus: carbon footprint, water footprint and efficiency. Which is the optimal mix? 9- Definition, assessment and quantification of risks for investments and development in developing countries 10- Decarbonization, renewable resources: microeconomic models for evaluating investments in condition of uncertainty

Applicants for this award must meet the following criteria:

Other CriteriaEligibility criteria 1- Candidates must be in possession of a doctoral degree or have at least four years of full-time equivalent research experience at the deadline for the submission of proposals to the European Commission 2- Eligible researchers can be of any nationality and must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Italy for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately before the call deadline. Application If you meet the eligibility criteria and are interested in exploring the opportunities offered by the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions to work at FEEM, please submit your application on-line through the FEEM web platform any time before June 23rd (internal deadline), sending: 1- a detailed curriculum vitae, including the list of publications; 2- an abstract of the research proposal (max 1 page). The selected candidates will be supported in the development of their project proposals that must be submitted to the European Commission by September 11th.
