Award Restrictions
Applicants for this award must meet the following criteria:

| Other Criteria | Academic excellence. Once students have graduated, they must return to Colombia within one year of finishing their programs in order to qualify for a scholarship comprising a 50% waiver of the loan, the rest is to be paid in up to 5 years. |
