Since my youth, I have been fascinated with fashion. Having carefully considered my options at this time, I have decided to pursue a master’s degree in Fashion Marketing in order to cultivate the expertise and abilities that I will need to begin a rewarding and successful career. Currently, I have a bachelor’s degree in Polymer and Textile Engineering at Federal University of Technology Owerri in Nigeria. Although I am majoring in Textile and in addition to my education, I have acquired considerable work experience in the fashion industry. Because I aspire to become a professional in fashion marketing, the decision to pursue a master’s degree in the UK was a natural choice. In Nigeria, the fashion marketing field is still in its relative infancy, and the academic programs are equally limited. After completion of my master’s program, I plan to return to Nigeria and begin working in the fashion industry. I hope to apply the skills learned and help consumers better understand their choice of brands.
