I am Obeta Ngozi Peace. I was born 19th July, 1995 in Nsukka. I am a Nigerian, an Igbo by descent. In spite of the challenges in my country, Nigeria is the only place where I can be honoured and there is need to give back to the society upon graduation. I want to study social work because there is an increasing need for social workers in Nigeria due to the poor state of the country in helping its masses. Washington State University has been the university of my dreams. I have applied to various universities in Washington and also desired scholarships to study. I got to know Washington state has the best humanitarian and physical resources that I need to get to practice social work. I was elated when I got the information about the International Student video contest. I really need this platform to study outside my home country because I heard so much about the world outside Nigeria and would love to experience it.
