This is Seo Hyun(Kish) who is studying a master’s degree at Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain. It is an amazing place where I meet great musicians from all around the world and have the privilege to listen and play music as much as I want. Then one day, I came to realize this music is not just for myself. As a student living in a European country closest to Africa, I would like to visit African countries during my winter break, such as Guinea Bissau which is a Portuguesep-speaking country with similarities to Spain. I would like to create a song with African children, collaborating with the local community. Furthermore, I would like to engage in a social entrepreneurship project that empowers the marginalized people, and bring back the idea to campus to further develop it into a fundraising festival and album production. Eventually, I would like to become a music ambassador that shares musical resources, empowers people, and creates bridges for the people in need of help.
