Having had a personal experience with the media that shaped me to a far extent, having been working part time as a reporter for a British sports casting company since my sophomore year, and being very involved and active socially, also having a few published articles covering related topics as well as an internship at a top national TV station, i believe that contributing to fund my project by awarding me the grand prize, is an efficient step to market and promote international education and actually showcase its benefits, by making such an "investment", and crucially for the success of my plan in its important timing, by adding to my resume "first prize winner of the international student travel video contest 2014".
